We put great care into creating this event and holding your place. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled so expectations are clear for everyone.
Ticket Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost—just let us know at the event
Event Cancellations by Us
If we must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, venue closure, extreme weather, government restrictions):

You will be offered a full refund of your ticket price, or the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date.

We are not responsible for additional costs you may incur (such as travel, accommodation, or exchange rate fluctuations).
Event Postponements
If the event is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund of your ticket price within 14 days of being notified of the new date.
Partial Attendance & No-Shows
We cannot provide refunds or credits for partial attendance or no-shows.
Changes to the Event Program
We reserve the right to make changes to the program, facilitators, or venue if necessary. Such changes will not entitle ticket-holders to a refund, provided the overall experience remains substantially the same.
Consumer Rights
This policy complies with Canadian consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights under applicable provincial or federal law.
